Before you write
Damaged or defective on arrival: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement.
Change of mind: all sales are final, including unused items. We would rather answer a fit question first.
App will not pair: unplug the string for ten seconds, then try again with Bluetooth on and the app open. There is no account to check.
String too short for your tree: do not cut or splice it. Add a second kit and a power source for it.
One bulb looks dimmer than the rest: brightness is a whole tree setting, so check the bulb is seated and the cap is fully twisted on.
We bring lit trees and a power bank to every show. Ask us to run a color for you at the booth.
